Hi Everyone! My name is Cindy Ngar and I’m the owner of Cindy’s Little Cakery.


My love for the arts started very young. What started out as a hobby quickly became a passion and career. I found myself in the cake world right out of high school in 2009. I had no idea at the time what I really wanted to do but just took a leap of faith and here we are 12 years later...still loving and learning my craft as much as the first day of culinary school. It was scary not knowing if I could actually be successful in this line of work, but the thought of creating edible art as a career was mind blowing and sounded too good to pass up. I love that my clients become my friends and I'm so honored to make cakes for them throughout different milestones in life. The countless connections I've made are so special to me and I am so grateful for all of them as they've helped me grow into the person I am today. One thing I’ve learned is that no matter how different we are from one another, people from all walks of life come together to celebrate love and food. I’m proud to be a part of it all and hope to inspire the world with my edible art. I want to be an example to the dreamers that if you put in the work and never give up, your dreams too could be a reality. An impossible dream I had was to one day make it on a national televised food show. I'm proud to say after over a decade of hard work, I not only fulfilled that dream in 2018 with my sugar sister Kim Sutherland, but I got to compete again in 2019 Internationally!
